Welcome
to the Little
Marlow web site
This site introduces our Village to you...
"Three miles north-east of Marlow lies this small
village of great charm, near the river Thames. Around the green are grouped
the 14th century church, the manor house, and the picturesque
half-timbered King's Head inn. There are also the remains of a 13th century
Benedictine monastery."
*** Football Stadium - WDC still in
talks with the developers about some changes ***
PONGS GALORE
The stink from Little Marlow Sewage Works continues despite
assurances and promises from Thames Water.
The Liaison Group still meet regularly and rest assured we keep
hammering away but the staff at Thames changed and the issues are
just side stepped. We have been promised a director level presence at
the next meeting with a view to moving things on a little faster.
You may be pleased to know that a smaller sub-group are pursuing
other lines to force the hand of the powers that be so it is more
important than ever to log ALL COMPLAINTS with Wycombe
District Council 01494 421708 and the
Environment Agency 0800 80 70 60.
Please also let the Parish Council know:clerk
